Serving in our owner consulting role, we know that all too often construction projects go off-track due to proper contract management procedures not being followed by the construction service provider. Realizing this, LEVINE steadfastly adheres to time-tested, established practices regarding requests for information (RFIs), submittal logs, contract modifications, scheduling, quality control and payout procedures as part of our project management process, while recognizing that each project is specifically governed by its particular contract.
